A Message to our Very Loyal Members

It is with great sadness that we announce the closing of our Michigan office. Since our first day of business in November of 2002, we have been pleased and excited to bring our exciting concept to lottery players throughout the State of Michigan.

Before we made the investment of time, money and yes, even love into this offshoot, we were told by the Attorney General, that our business was legal and allowable in the State of Michigan. For whatever reasons, however, they had a reversal in their thinking. For a very long time, we fought to retain these rights for us and for you. A recent and ‘agenda riddled’ ruling by the Appellate court in Michigan has made it clear to us that we are in a losing battle and that to continue the battle would be fruitless.

We are especially sad about this turn of events with regard to our fine personnel. Laura, Cindy and Sarah, who have been some the finest employees that we have ever worked with. Under Laura’s fine leadership, the office was run like a well oiled clock, and it is with much sadness that we must say goodbye to these devoted and wonderful citizens of Michigan. They are simply the Best.

A very, very big thanks to you as well, who helped make up the PowerPick Players Club of Michigan. It’s been a fantastic journey and we’ve enjoyed hearing from you and having you play a big part in our PowerPick family. Thank you for your loyalty, your incredible support upon hearing this news and your never ending dream of capturing one of those big jackpots up for grabs.
